This training, addressed to project managers, designers, planners and others involved in design and construction, will help you to learn about the Last Planner System that design & construction companies are using to improve the way work is done. This learning will be built around practical simulations to give you hands-on experience of this new way of working.

Conference: Practical application of the LPS
This one-day Conference will bring together Spanish, European and international experts to talk about the application of the last Planner System in the design and construction phases.
The three 2.5 hour conference sessions will focus on last Planner applications in Design and pre-construction, Construction and the then explore the Owner’s perspective. Examples presented will include healthcare, commercial, entertainment, health clubs, schools and a range of other building types drawn from Norway, Spain, USA. The expert contributors include:
